Rentals
The Fayette County Conservation District now has the following equipment available for rent by Fayette
County Cooperators.  Please contact the Conservation District for more information.
The Conservation District has recently
purchased a Gallagher® Fault Finder and
a Gallagher® Digital Volt Meter The
Fayette County Conservation District to
lend  to those who are conservation district
cooperators. The Fault Finder is used to
determine shorts in fence lines and the Volt
Meter is used to determine if fence lines
are conducting for more information.

The Fayette County Conservation District has purchased a weed
wiper to control unwanted weeds in pasture fields and hay fields.
The weed wiper is equipped for use on an ATV with an 8 foot
boom. The cost of rental is $10.00 for three days with a $30.00
deposit, all made by check.

Broadcast Seeder Rental
The District has purchased a broadcast seeder to frost
seed pastures and hay fields. Fayette County Conservation
District Cooperators will be given first preference for rental.
The broadcast is equipped for use on an ATV. The cost of
rental is $10.00 for three days with a $30.00 deposit, all
made by check.
No Till Drill
Rental Rates:

A fee of $10.00/acre (for a regular rental) and $8.00/acre on cover crops.
A  minimum of fifty ($50.00) dollars will be required when picking up the drill to insure the machine has
been adequately cleaned and not damaged prior to being returned. If this service has been performed
in a satisfactory manner, the deposit will be returned in full or applied to the final invoice.
Rental fee covers a two-day rental.
